Children with disabilities and exceptionalities who qualify for Exceptional Education in the school setting, are entitled to a Free Appropriate Public Education (FAPE), to make progress, and be prepared for post-secondary education and/or life.  Parents should be Trained, Prepared and Capable to be part of their child's Individualized Education Program (IEP) process and help their child be successful in and out of school.
